Updated LobbyPlugin for Paper 1.21.11.
Changes:
Added support for Paper 1.21.11. /lobby teleports players to the saved lobby. /setlobby sets the lobby at your current location. Saves the exact world, coordinates, and direction. Lobby location remains saved after server restart. Permission support for /setlobby. Built successfully with Paper 1.21.11.
