Homerun

This update adds the concept of consumable borders, a survival mechanic which affects players outside of retained chunks. Though you don't need to use it, it helps keep gameplay interesting by forcing players to return back to the center.

The notifyExit and notifyEnter options for reset rules have also been removed in favor of border types chat_announce and action_bar_announce. If you have been using either, update your configuration accordingly to use the new border type notices.

This version supports Minecraft 1.21.11 only.
