Koth plugin

I have noticed a few issues with it, this update will do the following

Introduce more configurable settings

Making the gui listeners properly work

Reload cmd to the plugin to update the config

Updated koth modes, for example being able to chose between two different types of koth mode

Allowed the ability to start multiple koths

Saves the data via h2, or sqlite

These updates are being updated to modrinth, and the code will be getting an update.
