Async Implementation: Hopper optimization tasks have been made asynchronous.
Cooldown Method: A reflection method for setting hopper cooldowns has been added.
Error Fixed: The previously encountered cooldown method error has been corrected.
Reload Fix: Clear tasks now correctly disable when settings change with the reload command.
Performance Improvement: Performance issues in SmartClearMob and SmartClearItem classes have been resolved.
Processing Time: Cleaning task durations optimized, reducing unnecessary load.
