Fixes

• Recipes now register on startup (no more "status error" + broken crafting).
• /sethearts and /giveheart now use their own messages with correct values.
• Fixed orphaned heart-consume.cooldown-seconds config path.

Changes

• Revive tool: right-click now prompts for a username in chat and opens the GUI directly on that player's page.
• Ban/kick reason is now capitalized and customizable in messages.yml.
• New heart-consume config: toggle healing on/off and full-heal vs. +1 heart.

• World whitelist/blacklist for heart mechanics.
• Configurable kill broadcasts (PvP + natural).
• Anti-farm cooldown to block repeat kills on the same victim.
