Fixes

• #526: Fixed laser not passing through portals placed on SOUTH, EAST, or UP-facing surfaces. The 0.5-block laser movement step could skip the air-side detection zone entirely and hit the quartz surface block, preventing teleportation. Laser portal detection now also triggers on block-hit events and uses a wider detection zone along the normal axis.
