First release.

- Always-on lag detection based on average MSPT, with a startup grace period and cooldown
- Incident snapshots of the heaviest chunks: entities, tile entities and redstone activity, with type breakdowns and nearby players
- Redstone and piston activity tracking per chunk
- Clickable chat alerts for admins ([Teleport] and [Details])
- Persistent incident history (incidents.jsonl), trimmed at startup and every 24 hours
- Commands: status, report, chunks, tp, snapshot, clear, reload, with tab completion
- Adaptive cooldown so slow scans never make lag worse
