L-Claim is a chunk-based town claim system developed for Minecraft servers. Players can establish their own towns, protect their land, manage members, and customize their communities with an advanced permission system.

NEW FEATURE: Per-Chunk Plot Permission System
Town mayors can now manage player permissions on a per-chunk basis. Each claimed chunk (plot) has its own whitelist of players with individually configurable permissions.
- COMMAND:
/town plot menu - PERMISSION: *
lclaim.town.plot- Allows using plot commands (default: true)
NEW FEATURE: Spanish language support has been added!
- Fixed SQL storage errors in the console.
