📌 Update Summary

• Folia Support: The plugin is now compatible with the multi-core supporting Folia infrastructure, alongside standard servers (Spigot/Paper).
• Stone Ownership System: The first player to hit a stone/ore locks it for a default duration of 10 seconds. Others cannot mine it until the timer expires or the player stops hitting. The owner's name is displayed live on the hologram.
• Cross-Version Compatibility: A dynamic compatibility layer has been added to prevent particle (effect) code errors between the 1.20.x and 1.21.x versions.
