V0.7.1 A Better Setting

This update is small but fixes a lot of things!

• Fix OnKillModifier
  • not giving items on kill
  • Didn't work with the new layout system
• Fix JumpPadModifier to work with our new layout system
• Add auto health regeneration + stamina
• fix the settings of arenas
  • They didn't work correctly and hopefully now do
• Fix ender pearls(hopefully)
• Use MLib SuggestionPresets to improve commands
• Added deathblock bypassing(Still don't know why I didn't add this in the first place 🤣 )
• Fix SmokeScreen allowing to place campfire in cooldown
