KH Thirst Bar
Adds a Thirst Bar/Temperature gauge to the actionbar. You control the difficulty. Walking, Running, Jumping, Swimming, Attacking, Shade, Weather, Elevation all effect the player.

- Give players the ability to set the difficulty
- Detects all biomes
- Day and Night cycles fixed
- Elevation effects players
- Shade counters the suns heat
- Hot/Cold food effects temperature now
- Visuals improved for the thirst bar
- Visuals improved for the temperature guage
