• option to keep levels on death

• notifications in chat when a player loses levels through enchanting, dying, etc and tells if the border has changed (can be turned on or off)

• /justlevelborder status to see the current settings and status about the plugin

• saved_levels.yml to edit the saved levels of any player (or shared levels of everyone)

• fixed a few bugs
