🐛 Hotfix - Bank Deposit Fix

This update fixes an issue where players could not deposit money into their bank account.

Fixed

• Fixed bank deposits not being processed correctly
• Fixed chat amount input not being detected on some server setups
• Added support for both modern Paper chat events and legacy Bukkit/Spigot chat events
• Bank deposits now work correctly when entering the amount in chat
• Bank input also supports command-style input such as /20000
• Deposit and withdrawal changes are now saved immediately after the transaction
