Bug-fix + polish release.

Fixed

• Win detection is now rock-solid. Delivery is detected by the chest's location instead of comparing inventory objects (which could silently fail), and the win now fires the moment the target item is placed in the chest — credited to the player who put it in, not whoever closed the chest first (no more win-stealing by closing someone else's delivery).
• Starting a new game right after a win no longer gets cut short by the previous round's delayed cleanup.
• Scatter is clamped to the world border — players can no longer be scattered outside the border when scatter-radius is larger than half of border-size.
• Dead players get a fresh compass on respawn (the old one dropped with their items).

Added

• Delivery platform protection — no placing, breaking, or lava/water dumping around the chest (also prevents a second chest merging into the delivery chest and breaking detection).
• /itemhunt leave — forfeit a running game and return to the lobby.
• /itemhunt reload — reload the config without a restart (admin).
• Round state resets your health/food when a game ends.
