Item Caster

This will likely to broken and missing complete feature beacuse its still in beta.

What added?

Add comamnd and menu editor you can try with /ic menu, auto completion still not done yer but i will add it on future.

Bug Fix

• Cooldown value in itemcaster is still overwrite if you not set value cooldown from itemcaster

You can see how simple its is to fix lol, but it take too long to me know the problem.
