Item Ban

Added

• Added itemban.bypass as a global bypass permission for all ItemBan restrictions.
• Added itemban.bypass.ban for banned-item bypass.
• Added itemban.bypass.limit for item-limit bypass.
• Added itemban.bypass.craftlimit for craft-limit bypass.
• Added toggleAnnouncements to config, defaulting to true, to control craft-limit broadcast messages.

Changed

• Split bypass handling so ban, item limit, and craft-limit behavior can be granted independently.
• Kept the global itemban.bypass node as a parent permission for the specialized bypass nodes.

Notes

• Players with itemban.bypass bypass all ItemBan checks, including bans, item limits, and craft limits.
• Players with only itemban.bypass.craftlimit can craft limited items without the craft-limit announcement or block.

Fixed

• Fixed item limits not counting shift-click crafting correctly before items entered the inventory.
