Fixed: Chunk preloading no longer causes lag spikes — portal detection now skips unloaded chunks instead of triggering synchronous disk reads

Improved: Chunk loading radius increased to 8 chunks (128 blocks) to fully cover Minecraft's portal search area

Improved: All chunks in a preload batch now share a single cleanup task instead of one task per chunk
