v3.0 changelogs

IceBoatRacing v3.0 is a complete rewrite and modernization. The plugin is now 100% standalone and supports Paper 1.21.x through 26.2.

Major Changes

• Paper 1.21.x - 26.2 Compatibility: Updated PacketEvents to 2.13.0 and compiled against Java 21.
• 100% Standalone: Removed ProtocolLib and DecentHolograms dependencies. Built-in PacketEvents and native TextDisplay hologram engine.
• Hologram Transparency Fix: TextDisplay holograms configured with seeThrough(true) for visibility through ice, water, and glass.
• Ice Staircase Climbing: Smooth 1+ block climbing over ice blocks (Ice, Packed Ice, Blue Ice, Frosted Ice) without stopping momentum.
• Minimalist Scoreboards: Removed red numbers using Paper NumberFormat.blank() API and redesigned sidebar layout.
• Arena Setup Checklist: Added Setup Progress GUI in the editor to audit and configure arena requirements.
• Performance Optimizations: Primitive coordinate math for raytracing, O(1) ranking lookup maps, and async config saving via AsyncIO.
