Hunger Games

This update is a major overhaul that reworks some of the core features of the plugin

• Each world can now run games independent to other worlds meaning now multiple games can now work on the same server
• Uses a central lobby instead of one in each world
• Fixed auto-start not working
• Other bug fixes and small improvements
