Hunger Games

This update includes the following improvements

• Removed debug statement that was cluttering the console
• Fixed signs not updating playercount on player leaving
• Fixed negative sign indexes when only one world file existed and fixed plugin crashing in that case
• Fixed action bar messages not getting sent on certain forks of bukkit
• Fixed players being able to take items out and put items into the voting inventory using hotkeys
