hud's chat formatting
this plugin is the jack of all trades for chat formatting it is super customizable and can look amazing.

- fixed more issues with gradients & formatting not being shown correctly
- added clickable links
- any player with op or hudschatformatting.chat.sendlinks will be able to send links & players without permission will have their message rejected
- can allow all players to send links from the config
- all server messages will automatically get their links clickable(such as announcer)
- added off, clear, disable, none, remove, and reset parameters to /chatcolor so players can reset their chat color without needing to open the gui
