[Added] New Function and Command "ToggleTab", which turns the visibility of players in TAB on/off
[Added] New Function in Config: "lightning-on-death", which if true, summons harmless lightning after player dies.

[Work in Progress] In future i'm preparing to add "tab-complete-toggle" to turn off recommendiation for players in commands, so to find out players on server is hard.
