Horse link

Make horses easier to use by letting players link a goat horn to their horse and use the horn to teleport it in.

By shift right clicking a horse with a goat horn, you link a horn to a horse. You can remove a link by using the horn in a grindstone. Only the owner (the person who tamed) the horse can create a link. Horses that are linked can also only be bred by the owner.
