Initial release of HeartSystemKb!

• Hearts for player kills: dropped as an item (mode 1) or granted instantly (mode 2), switchable with /heartsystem.
• Right-click a heart to gain +1 max heart, up to 20 hearts. Extra hearts survive death.
• /heart take, /maxhealth (top 10 online players) and /resetallhp.
• Works on newer versions where the old max-health attribute constant no longer exists.
• Fixed: right-clicking a chest, door or button with a heart in hand no longer consumes the heart.
• English messages; author banner in the console on startup.
• Supports 1.21 - 26.2. Tested on Purpur 1.21, 1.21.1, 1.21.3, 1.21.4, 1.21.5, 1.21.8, 1.21.11, 26.1.2 and 26.2.
