HeartsSMP is a hardcore LifeSteal-style plugin for Paper 1.21.1 that turns every PvP encounter into a high-stakes battle for survival. Kill a player and steal their hearts — die and lose your own. When your hearts hit zero, you're eliminated and thrown into spectator mode, with a ticking clock before you're permanently banned from the server. Defeated players drop Heart Crystals — physical items tied to their soul. Redeem one to gain a heart and briefly expose the original owner's nametag, revealing who you've conquered. Brave players can also sacrifice one of their own hearts to pull an eliminated teammate back from the brink. Venture into the night and slay zombies and creepers for a chance at Undead Hearts — cursed drops that grant an extra heart alongside unpredictable potion effects. Every feature is fully configurable through an in-game admin GUI, from starting hearts and kill rewards to drop chances, auto-ban timers, and nametag reveal durations — no config file editing required.
