New in 1.1.0 – Political Party System

A complete, fully GUI-based political party system:

• 🏛️ Found parties via /partei → Set name & abbreviation in chat, then configure color, icon, description, and platform conveniently in the GUI. The founder automatically becomes the chairperson.
• 👥 Member management: Invite, remove, promote (deputy), demote, view member list – all via simple clicks.
• 👑 Roles: Chairperson (full permissions), Deputy (content & members), Member. Option to transfer chairmanship.
• 📨 Invitation system featuring expiring invitations, accept/decline/ rescind options, and chat notifications.
• 🎨 Party color & 🖼️ Icon fully customizable (option to restrict duplicate colors).
• 📝 Description & 📜 Platform/Manifesto in the party profile.
• 🏢 Party overview and detailed party profile with statistics (founding date, members, elections won, candidacies).
• 💰 Vault/Economy integration: Founding costs (optional; works without Vault as well).
• ⚙️ Admin settings entirely within the GUI: System on/off, limits, costs, invitation duration, duplicate colors, archiving, and more.
• 💾 Persistent storage of all party, member, and invitation data in SQLite.

For now, the parties operate independently; integration with elections will follow in a later version.
