The GlowPlayers plugin assigns a unique glowing effect to each player who joins the server, with a distinct color based on their order of joining. The effect helps players easily identify each other by their color, making it ideal for groups of friends

- Added the
/glowcommand so players can disable, enable, toggle, or check their glow state.
Changed
- Only players with glow enabled are assigned glow colors, and their preference now persists in the Fabric config folder.
- Replaced the Fabric template metadata and scaffold files with the current GlowPlayers mod behavior.
