GChat - EssentialsX Support & Color Rework

This update focuses on better integration with other plugins and stricter control over chat colors.

🔥 New Features:

• EssentialsX Integration: The plugin now fully respects the Essentials mute system. If a player is muted via /mute, they will be blocked from sending messages in Global, Local, and Private chats.
• New Message: Added muted-message to messages.yml to customize the warning for muted players.

🐛 Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a critical issue where players without permissions were able to use colored text in chat.
• Fixed chat formatting logic to prevent color codes from "leaking" into player messages.
