FoxWall

➡️ FoxWall is a tool designed to protects your backend from being scanned and/or joinable. The plugin cancel the packets coming to the backend, making this unaccessible (literally), allowing through proxy only.

How to setup?

1. Put the plugin the backend and the proxy.
2. Start first the plugin in the proxy for obtain the real IP (the plugin will return in the console, and after that, will shutdown itself). After copy, remove the plugin from the proxy (will be unnecessary at this point in the proxy). DISCLAIMER! This will try to ping Zowi's Central (my page) or IPify for obtaining the real IP during this step.
3. Start the plugin in the backend and wait for the startup of this. When starts, no-one will can join. Go to the configuration file (/plugins/FoxWall/config.yml) and go to the section packet-handler and put first one provider type, where can be: ProtocolLib (recommended, native) and PacketEvents. (requires one of both installed).

Where you need to put the obtained IP though the proxy. Like:

After that, do restart and ready!

📊 Statistics.

❝ What data is collected? We are using bStats, this does not collect any personal data. Most of the collected data is information about the plugin's server like player count, online mode, Minecraft version, Java version, and more. All data gets sent and stored completely anonymously. See more in information about this in bStats: Getting Started.

This stats are collected by bStats.org, the information under are shared with the Plus version, which is identified as "-pv" in version of the plugin, this can help to the creator to view some statistics without taking some performance. Read quote about the data collected, you can always disable the collection in our config.yml available in the plugin's folder. Since 1.0.0 for both editions, FoxWall uses their own code base for Metrics, but following their rules.

This use asynchronous methods to send data and changes to Gson for better stability; improving the performance of this. You can safety has enable this to help to the creator without affecting the performance.
