Custom Enchant Creator that allows you to easilly register custom enchantments in config.yml, you can use your own Skripts, Plugins or datapacks to add effects to them

New Config Options:
- Enchantments are now sorted alphabetically, in other words custom "Aether" enchantment will show above "Crimson" enchantment, but tooltip_order_value config option can change that (apparently vanilla enchantments always are above the custom ones for some reason, fixed in 1.6.5)
- New "tooltip_order_value:" config value option, the enchantment will appear above enchantments that have lower value

- Fixed "Ignore" option not working
