Custom Enchant Creator that allows you to easilly register custom enchantments in config.yml, you can use your own Skripts, Plugins or datapacks to add effects to them

Config
- Added new enchantments option: "PrimaryItems" (optional), basically tells if the enchantment should appear in enchanting table, sharpness for example does that with axes and swords, Swords and Axes are supported items, but primary items are Swords, if no PrimaryItems provided, it will default to all elements in SupportedItems, if no SupportedItems are provided, the enchantment will fail to register
