Custom Enchant Creator that allows you to easilly register custom enchantments in config.yml, you can use your own Skripts, Plugins or datapacks to add effects to them

Migration:
- When you start server old minCost and maxCost is replaced by new one, check New Config Options below for more info

New Config Options:
- in_enchanting_table: true/false (false by default and is optional), shows the enchantment in enchanting table if set to true
- minCost and maxCost now have Base and perLevel config options (used for enchanting table) Click here for Details

Bugs & Fixes:
- From now on plugin actually gets the main world folder/name from server.properties (before it would always get world folder named "world", and assume its the main one)
