🔥 A new base for FireEquipment

The whole plugin was rewritten with today's standards and my improved knowledge ! It may took me 5 years to update the plugin, but now if I need to fix something or add features it'll be easier 😄.

🗒️ Here's the highlights :

• Added Spigot compat with 1.18, 1.19, 1.20, 1.21 (tho it may not work on 1.18, 1.19 depending on your Java version, feel free to open an issue)
• Updated and optimized code
• Added quality and security processes with SonarQube
• Added licence GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE so you can contribute to the project !
