FileCleaner

Changes:

• Updated the minimum Java version to Java 21
• Removed BungeeCord support
• Added bStats metrics
  • Assuming Spigot usage is low, the plugin will no longer support Spigot servers in future updates
• Changed the updater notifications to use Modrinth
• Updated the config comments
• Added support for excluding certain file names based on exact matching or regex
• Files deleted and MB saved will be sent to whoever ran the command
