Version 4.0 - Item Filtering

This is a feature update introducing a item filtering system and new admin tools.

Item Filtering System:

You can now control which items pass through a TurboHopper. Each hopper can be configured with its own whitelist or blacklist via a new menu.

Access: Sneak-right-click a TurboHopper with an empty hand.

Features: A full in game GUI with an item browser for easy selection.

New Admin Tools:

New tools have been added for server admins to manage the plugin.

Command: /fh reload

New File: A config.yml has been added for main plugin settings.
