extendedpotions
extendedpotions with your strength and speed will automatically be 6 minutes (buffed) and every other type of potion will be in the configa where you can change how long they last buffed or normal

extendedpotions plugin adds extendedpotions to your server speed and strength potions are already extended into 6minutes but everything else you need to extend in the config
