Fixes

• IllegalStateException: zip file closed spam from the global activator task (ActivatorEIFeature.activateOptionGlobal) — race with classloader/reload during server reload. 831a26fd (companion fix ExecutableItems@d754388e).
• Nested SCore variable placeholders (%score_variables_X_{score_variables_Y}%) now resolve correctly instead of breaking on the inner placeholder. eb0170a4.
• Folia — Block Title hologram spam (IllegalStateException, auto-update entity calls off the owning region thread) — remove() is now Folia-safe. b082215a. ⚠️ Partial: spawn()/update() keep their synchronous contract; if the spam persists after this release it needs a follow-up (see note in the commit).
• distance: argument ignored on the AROUND selector inside blockCommands (worked already for regular commands) — 3b5d222b.

• "Cancel Place in Bundle" restriction bypassable via drag-and-drop — was only enforced on inventory-click deposits, not drag deposits. 83e7e6a3.
• TPS drop opening/closing chests containing ExecutableItems

• Folia — Block Title hologram spam — ships the SCore Folia fix above via a refreshed bundled SCore.jar (the previously vendored jar predated the fix). Same partial-fix caveat as SCore.
