No more error spam in the console when you use delayed commands. Commands with a delay (DELAYTICK, DELAY, …) could flood the console with errors when players joined or left, especially on Folia.

Block commands work again when no player is involved. A block that runs commands on its own — LOOP activator, redstone trigger… — could throw an error instead of doing its job. SET_TEMP_BLOCK_POS now places its block correctly, same fix on PLANT_IN_SQUARE, MINE_IN_CUBE, INLINE_MINE_IN_CUBE.
New:
- whitelistCurrentBlock on SET_BLOCK / SET_BLOCK_POS — restrict which blocks they may replace, comme SET_TEMP_BLOCK_POS : SET_BLOCK material:GOLD_BLOCK whitelistCurrentBlock:SAND,DIRT.
ExecutableEvents
No more error spam caused by mobs choosing (or losing) a target. Potion effects no longer spam errors on 1.21.8 and older servers.
