• Added permission checks for chat colors.
• Players can no longer use & color codes without permission.
• Players can no longer use hex colors like &#ff00ff without permission.
• Added filter for Streamotes / emoji codes like :kekw: and [smile].
• Fixed an issue where normal players could use formatting that should be limited to staff or donor groups.

Config

• Added new color settings in config.yml.
• Added Streamotes filter settings.
• Added a simpler config with Ukrainian and English comments.

Notes

By default, regular players will now send clean white messages.
Colors, hex colors and Streamotes can be allowed only for selected groups through permissions.
