Features:

• Made the whole plugin much more customizable.
• Added Auto-updater so the plugin can be updated anytime! The plugin will not update itself you need to use /exstreaks update to update the plugin.
• Made the plugin cleaner, from now on there is no seperate commands for getting info or updating the plugin or reloading it as it is now done with subcommands.
• There is now a main command so you can manage the plugin ingame.
• Help command!
