Bossbar Update!

New commands:

• /event admin name - Give the event a name (the name will be displayed in the lobby
• /event admin announcement - announce something (will be displayed on the bossbar and chat.)
• /event admin stop - stop the event immediately

New optimalizations

You can choose the cooldown and frequency of displaying interaction messages (e.g. disabled building message)

• Lobby bossbar (bossbar with the name of the event)
• In-game bossbar (bossbar with the number of live players)
• winner bossbar (Bossbar with the name of the winning person)
• bossbar announcements (displaying announcements)
