ADDED
New commands:
- /event admin break - toggle players ability to destroy blocks.
- /event admin build - toggle players ability to build.
- /event admin pvp - toggle players ability to PvP.
- /event admin tpall - teleports all players to your position.
New features:
- all subcommands are tabbed
- added title at the start and end of the event
- bugs fix
