Eternal death drops

Fixed some bugs, improved performance, added new features in to the plugin: do item's timers tick only in loaded chunks(before they ticked every tick even if the item wasn't loaded and now it controllable by config), can not the item's owner pickup them(before every player and mob can pickup your death's items but now it can be configurable in config).
