Essentials TPA Whitelist GUI

A simple GUI for Essentials that lets you turn /tptoggle into whitelist mode or blacklist mode.

Note: The plugin is provided as is. I will fix bugs the plugin has. However, feature implementation will be extremely limited.

The plugin can be set to either whitelist mode or blacklist mode. This can be configured by just clicking on the block.
