This is a pre-release snapsot version of Essence, you should backup your server before using this version. Some features may not have been fully tested, and you may experience bugs. This version changes some storage files, you cannot downgrade once you have upgraded. PLEASE REPORT ANY ISSUES - IF WE DON'T KNOW, WE CAN'T FIX!
Essence 1.12.0 adds enchantments on kit items, MiniMessage support, setting walking and flying speed independently, /lightning, cooldowns for /near, /fly, /feed, and /heal, spawn loading in the world module, experimental integrations for WorldGuard, Residence, and Dominion, many bug fixes and more minor changes.
Essence 1.12.0 drops support for CraftBukkit or Spigot servers. You must use Paper or a fork of it such as Purpur, Folia, Pufferfish, etc.
