Retooled the force field creation tool to simplify its use
- Added the ability to modify the force field zone before the creation of the field
- Changed the particle effects of the force field (must delete the old config.yml in EFF plugin folder for effect to change!)
- Added updater checker, admins will now be notify if new update are available
