Important upgrade notice

The configuration layout has changed. Before upgrading:

1. Back up your existing plugins/EndPortalTimer folder.
2. Move or rename the old config.yml.
3. Start the server to generate the new configuration.
4. Copy your preferred date, timezone, messages, and effects into the new file.
