- Added command /ew help
- Added command /ew open [type] [player] to force open a GUI for online player by command, can be run in console or players with permission (enchantmentworkbench.command.open.others, default op)
- Fix an issue where enchantment entries will be duplicated in Enchanting Table after plugin reloads
- Fix an issue where global enchantments disabler may not work when the item is not in a group
- Fix an issue where the GUI will be broken when opened from a third party plugin
- Fix an issue where the enchantments disabler is not updating after plugin reloads, due to a caching issue
- Fix an issue where the updating checker is not working. Now the plugin will check for update during startup
- Fix default conflict.yml config not containing all vanilla confiict rules
