Plugin Changes

• All Piñata code has been rewritten.
• Piñatas are now loaded via their own files to match EvenMoreFish's rarities and baits.
• The emfpinata.command.pinata permission is no longer required.
• Fixed some potential bugs.
• The plugin's wiki has been cleaned up and now has multiple pages.
• The plugin now checks for updates on Modrinth and tells console if an update is available.
