- Element has been updated with a safer and more efficient network optimization system specifically for Folia 1.21.x servers.

Added Netty FlushConsolidationHandler to reduce unnecessary network flush operations and improve network efficiency.

Removed the old asynchronous packet-writing system to preserve packet ordering and avoid unnecessary threading overhead.

Improved packet pipeline injection, cleanup, player bypass, and global enable/disable handling for better stability on Folia.

Added support for Folia 1.21.x across the 1.21 series.
